My journey into fitness began 20 years ago, and I’ve spent the last 14 years dedicated to coaching. Coming from a competitive MMA background and owning a few CrossFit gyms, I’ve always been passionate about fitness. But life changed when I had my kids. I sold my gyms 4 years ago to focus on my little ones and transitioned to online coaching, zeroing in on women experiencing hormonal imbalances and those struggling to lose weight despite trying everything.
Lifehack Coaching was born out of my own struggles. After gaining 30 kg post-pregnancy, I found it incredibly hard to lose the weight. I tried several coaches but couldn’t find the support and accountability I needed. I longed for someone who would help me with a comprehensive plan, dig into my issues, create a tailored training plan, and work on my mindset. When I couldn’t find that, I decided to become that person for other women.
I hold a diploma in health science, a diploma in life coaching, numerous nutrition qualifications, a personal training certification, pre and postnatal coaching certification, and certifications in coaching women through menopause and various life stages. With two kids, a dog, a veggie garden, and a love for baking sourdough bread, I understand the juggle of family life and personal health goals.
My approach blends cutting-edge nutrition science with practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. I focus on a holistic lifestyle, helping you balance hormones, boost metabolism, and lose weight naturally.
