You can work with me for 16 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.

You’ll have weekly Zoom calls with your coach, a personalised nutrition and training plan that fits your life, and daily check-ins so you stay on track. We focus on sustainable fat loss, building muscle, improving your metabolism, and creating habits you can actually keep. Marvelous Menopause 90-Day Online Course

This is a 90-day online course that offers weekly video lessons, workbooks, and homework assignments to help individuals navigate perimenopause and menopause. It aims to transform the experience of perimenopause & menopause by providing strategies for managing symptoms such as hormonal changes, sleep, nutrition, and stress management.

About Me

I’m Anastasia Bennett — Registered Clinical Nutritionist, owner, and coach at Lifehack Coaching.

Based in Wellington, New Zealand, I work with women & men all over the world who are ready to take their health seriously and finally get results.

My journey in fitness started over 20 years ago, and I’ve been coaching for the past 15 years. I come from a competitive MMA background and previously owned several CrossFit gyms, so training and performance have always been in my DNA.

Everything shifted after I had my kids. Four years ago, I sold my gyms to focus on my family and moved fully into online coaching, specialising in women dealing with hormonal imbalances and stubborn weight gain.

Lifehack Coaching exists because of my own experience. After gaining 30 kg post-pregnancy, I struggled to lose it. I worked with different coaches but couldn’t find someone who truly looked at the whole picture: my hormones, my nutrition, my training, and my mindset. I wanted a coach who would dig deep, create a tailored plan, and hold me accountable. When I couldn’t find that, I became one.

I hold a diploma in health science, a diploma in life coaching, multiple nutrition qualifications, a personal training certification, pre and postnatal coaching certification, and specialist training in menopause and women’s health. I’m also a mum of two, with a dog, a veggie garden, and a serious sourdough habit so I get the reality of juggling family, work, and health.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with real-life practicality.
